    Texas ASA Federation Qualifier at Collin County Bow Hunters April 16 and 17

    The Texas ASA Federation Tournament Trail will make a stop at Collin County Bowhunters on April 16 & 17.

    10:00 am shotgun start on both Saturday and Sunday, You may shoot either day, 30 McKenzie targets, $30.00 entry fee for all adult classes and Young Adult classes, $16.00 for all Youth classes, $5.00 entry fee for all eagle classes. Cash pay backs for all adult classes, non cash awards for young adult and youth classes. Awards will be presented at approximately 4:00 pm on Sunday. ASA and Texas ASA rules apply and will be enforced.

    Collin County's range will give the archers a variety of shots. There are shady wooded lanes mixed with semi open field shots. Come out and shoot some ASA 3D at Collin County.

    Collin County Bow Hunters Association consist of 70 acres with 30 3D targets with several Tournements each year. Members have 24/7 access to the entire range.

    Range is all mowed and ready for the week-end. You will not have to walk in tall grass. We will not set the targets until late on Friday afternoon.

    There could be a couple of chiggers left out there, so be prepared.

        We got about an inch Monday afternoon and some sprinkles yesterday, but according to the forecast, should probably be OK until Sunday Afternoon.

                    1st place in the trad shoot at CCBA. Thanks for the fun Brad. We finished up before the rains. Great to chat with everybody.
