Tilt the camera down a bit or lower it the infrared flash looks to high to me honestly I had that issue but it was with a different brand of camera

I originally had it set up with a slight downward tilt, but after talking with tech support they suggested to center the IR flash under the objective (the ground actually slopes up toward the feeder and any downward tilt was too much).
