    Pre fab building

    Just wanted the green screen opinion. Dealer wanting a little over 15k for this 12x36 building. It has blown in insulation about an inch thick and prewired with four outlets. Grandkids need a place to drink beer with their buddies in a few years! Just curious. Also includes delivering and set up.

    Not a bad price. Just looked at one two weeks ago the same exact size but no insulation and no electrical. Almost $11k before delivery.

        Just a thought if your not in a hurry you might get local high school ag shop to build it
        You just have to supply materials . Probably have to get on the books for fall semester
        Should save you a good bit of money

            I paid 15.5k for a 14x36 10 years ago so I think that a pretty good deal
