Default A tense moment but exciting!!!!

Sitting in ground bind last week when I was bow hunting WT, and this walked up, was a little scary cause the day before Ranch owner had told us that the Stag's were in rut and that they would sometimes attack ground blinds and tear them up in there territory. He was at 5yds when I finally waved my hand in window and he turned and went out to 10yds and stood for a good 5mins looking at blind. Daughter got some good pic's.

God Bless

Used to hunt up near Junction and the ranch next door had those---it was eerie listening to their calls--

I bet that was a little tense. He looks like he might not like that blind in his territory

Had a bull eland come by and stick his head in my blind once when I was turkey hunting on a game ranch.Erie sound that click ,click, click as they walk.Never seen or heard one before. The bull ended up trashing a cedar behind the blind,.When I got out it looked like a bulldozer had come through.
