    Deep Sea Fishing Key West

Can anyone recommend a good deep sea fishing guide that operates out of Key West? Thanks.

If you want to bounce bottom you can’t go wrong with Delph Fishing.

If Islamorada is an option, see if Rumfront Sport Fishing is available. We went with him last year and had a great time.

If you go fly fishing don’t use Capt Dexter. Almost died hitting a channel marker at 25/30mph. Not sure how he missed I huge pole but we smacked it.

I booked with Compass Rose 3-4 years ago and had a good time. We caught snapper, mahi, sharks, tuna... we took the 42' seahunter boat

I fished Key West both charter and commercial for over 50 years. I would Look up either Tyson or Chippy Veech both excellent guides will put you on what’s biting.

Both are out of Hurricane Hole Marina.

If, you catch fish, restaurant at the marina does a great job of cooking it. Fish has to be cleaned.

Key West pro guides 305-296-6602 ask about Chip and Tyson Veach.

Good luck, great time to fish if the wind allows.

We used Capt. Mike Weinhofer with Compass Rose Charters. The boat was the Windy Day.

The fishing was pretty slow, but the guide tried his hardest. We trolled for some Mahi and other big fish, before giving up and fishing for small reef snapper over a ship wreck.
