Not sure on the first question …. It’s never lasted more than 2-3 weeks at my house before the bottles are empty

Ok so I ran to the store after work and went straight to the garden when I got home. This stuff is amazing. Only think I know I did different was I charred the habaneros and added half a red onion. This has inspired me to make chunky habanero and mango salsa now.

Made a batch and it's awesome. My wife named it Sneak Sauce. Great flavor with heat that sneaks up on you. It's awesome spread over cream cheese with chips or crackers.

I canned a bunch of it too. Looking forward to enjoying it through the year.
