    What's wrong with this buck?

So yesterday I was about to pull the card on my camera when i seen this guy hopping into my feeder! I ran and went to get my bow, tried to get the sneak on him but he spotted me and took hobbled off. My first thought was he had been shot at by a neighbor, but now I see it's a cyst of some sort possibly. I'm in the tree now let's see if he shows

Big abscess on that shoulder. Gonna be a stinky mess if you cut into that. Good luck.

I'm not an expert on abbesses, although I've watched a lot of YouTube videos of people draining them on live stock.

Would it have any effect on the meat of that deer?

I had a buck with an abscess on his brisket last year it wasn't quite that big, I kept thinking about shooting it with a 22 and pop it. This year he is fine and just has a flap of skin hanging, I wouldn't worry about it.

It will drain on its own in due time. That is most times with cattle are wildlife.

Didnt show tonight! Just got out the stand, plenty of deer but no mr limp will be back at it tomorrow afternoon. Looks like he was at feeder all night rite after I got out of the stand yesterday. I'm sure I'll see him soon
