I've been researching/planning a megladon tooth dive. From all the pictures I've seen, I'm pretty sure that's a megladon tooth.

That's a great find! My daughter and son-in-law go looking for shark teeth all the time in North Carolina near Camp Lejune. Here is the pics she sent me the other day of one of their morning trips

When I was stationed at Lejeune we’d go to the beach and you could find shark teeth all day long like those.

A guy I work with goes on 2 dives a year,just for shark teeth.He's got a box full of them.Some are as big as this one by the o.p.
