Houston area podiatrist?

Need to have one of my feet looked at for having bunion removal surgery. I've dealt with this thing for years and just can't take the daily pain anymore.

It's gotten to where even my stretched out leather boots aren't allowing me to get 6 hours a day of standing time, my wife seems to think it has gotten even larger over the past 2 years.

Anyone in the area have a good rec? I know the type of surgery that I will need to have requires removal + breaking bones in foot and screwing to another bone, at least thats what the doctor told me 12 years ago...

While we're on the subject, anyone have experience with neuroma surgery? I sure hate to be put under. Doc said spinal tap is another option during surgery.
