I also had the in stock bait and switch happen to me by optics planet. Then, the we will have it in stock soon, only to find out it wont be.

I will not be using them ever again…….

They are my go to for JP SCS kits and other off the wall products.
They definitely aren't that popular as are some other parts, but most of it is run of the mill stuff.

Next day the backordered emails started. Cancelled my order.

Honestly I can't say I have been looking. It was something I happened to come across when I was looking for a spare mag for my wife's pistol, so I threw it in the cart.

Ive only ever ordered 1 thing from them, a Holosun 507C ACSS red dot for my carry weapon. It was a pre-order when they were new and I got it a month before they originally said so IDK

Ordered a item that showed in stock a few days later I get a email that it’s on back order for 3 months. Canceled the order immediately.

Par for the course. They’ve done this to me 3 times out of 4 orders. They’re garbage.
