The Balcony Bar and Grill is pretty dang good. Steamworks is probably a little better.

Also, if you’re in Aztec, might as well head on down to Three Rivers Brewery / Game room in Farmington. It’s a pretty good meal too.

Get the pepper beer if they have it. My brother and I elk and mule deer hunt around there every year. That's our spot when we come off of the mountain.

Had a Bacon Supreme burger and a One Wit Wonder (wheat, but not wheatey) beer.
Daughter had a chicken BLT.
Both were great.
Beer was nice & light.
Didn't crowd the big burger.

Fired up Pizzeria was good. Best breakfast Hermosa Creek Grill north of town. Green chili and cheese grits man oh man.

Steamworks is our go to spot when in Durango during elk season. Also ska brewing co has good pizza and beer

The food truck at the Nugget Bar between Durango and Purgatory was some of the best food I have ever eaten
