This deer will easily go in the 80's and I and pumped to see the LDP's!
Great deer, I remember when you killed him.

Still getting him on camera pretty regularly. No one has seen him in person though. He’s gone real nocturnal lately.

That deer is definitely not 7 years old. Nose is too long, no signs of age on the face or body. That deer is in his prime. 3 to 4 years no older. Either just a freak of nature or an escapee from some place that bought some special bred deer and fed lots of protein.

After seeing these pictures, I would say more like five years old. Those other pictures, he looked a noticeably younger.

Did I miss the part where the OP was asking for opinions on age?

...you mean when he was in velvet, when EVERY buck looks younger than he really is?

Also, I’m not sure how you can accurately age a buck from a game camera picture without seeing him in person??

Still alive this morning AND on his feet in daylight! Been a few days since he was on camera, so very happy to see him. I added a couple more cell cams to the area mid day today. Hunter is rifle hunting now. Hopefully he gets put on the ground in the next few days.

He’s not on feed at all anymore. So tactic change coming this week I think.
