Incredible venison marinade

My wife made this as the kabob recipe, but the meat was so good now she just cuts the backstrap into medallions, marinades, and grilled them to medium rare. She also made it using a back leg roast cut into steaks and it was every bit as good and just about as tender. This marinade is without a doubt the best I have ever tasted with any game meat.

We made this a couple of days ago and my kids claimed it was the best deer we have ever eaten. Keeping this one for the future!
