so very simple to make

taste it once and you're hooked big time

best part, you can improvise according to your taste and available ingredients on hand

Made this today with some Striper we caught in Arkansas a week ago.

ON POINT SIR!!!
I had so much fish that I also fried some . Put that sauce on some fried fish and it's bad to the bone as well...

Here's the blackened Striper Pontchatrain ...

I made this for supper, it was amazing. My wife and I both agreed this was easily the best fish dish we've ever had! I used a different fish and we served the fish and sauce on a bed of rice. You were right, I ate until I had to roll away from the table! Thank you Blake.

I made this Saturday night for dinner using the crawfish in place of the shrimp and goodness gracious was it delicious. Of course i made too much for how many people we had over and used the leftovers to make omlettes the next morning and those were just as good. Appreciate the recipe!

Don't have redfish but I have quite a few big hybrid fillets. I'm gonna try some hybrid pontchartrain this weekend I think.
