Default Just bought a Can-am, what accessories? Gun rack?

I bought a 2020 Can-am, 3in lift, glass windshield, winch and upgraded to a Probox roof with sound system and LED lights.

What gun/bow racks have y'all used that work good?

Also thinking of getting Elusive Wildlife tech RED LED light bars to create a 180'+ red lights for spotlighting varmits/predators.

Any other accessory recommendations?

Make sure you invest in aftermarket brake pads. Can-Am's brakes are the worst. I have 400 miles on my Outlander and about to do the 4th brake job. And it's mostly used on deer lease and farm. This time I'm putting on aftermarket brake pads. Can Am is aware of this, but will not acknowledge this.

I have this as well and really like it. You can rest your elbow on the gun rest when driving and you have a cup holder on the dash so I would never use the one in the console. I have quick access to my guns and they are pointed down instead of up.

How do you keep it so clean! Mine will only look like that for the ride home and then it will be covered in WTX caliche. Can't wait to pick it up today.

What brand is your 3" lift? I have a buddy with a Defender and he wants to lift. I know for this year they put more ground clearance on them but his is a few years old.

Also these storage boxes IMO are a must have. I use mine to keep toliet paper, paper towels, tackle bags, bullets etc.... all kinds of things. Little pricey but worth it

I've got two of these and Heath, in my opinion, said the most important thing about these gun holders-they point the muzzle down. Don't know about you, but for me, I'd rather be shot in the toe than the head!

Beam Tech headlights are awesome. Surprised no one has mentioned a seatbelt over ride... A rear facing light bar is nice when going through gates in the dark.

Stock setups are pretty vanilla. Depending on how you drive, where you drive and what you do with your machine there is a ton of performance left in them. Youíll also get better belt life out out of a properly clutched machine. Work in the primary for the type of engagement you want and the secondary for the shift out. Easy to do, a good way to learn about the machine and the best bang for your buck mod for optimal performance.

I have s3 springs, huge help.
Front and rear windows, front and rear bumpers, after market led lights. Rgb rock lights, light bars front and rear, usb plug in dash, new battery(bigger), perko switch, rock lights in cab as cab lights, maybe a few other small items. When I build a house with a taller garage door, I will lift it and put bigger tires, not huge though. I want a front rack and a front hitch.

I did wire the front and back for a road feeder and added a receiver hitch in the front above the winch for a feeder. KC hilite cyclone lights are almost the exact dimension as the reflector light under the factory tail light, so it shouldn’t be that big of a problem to install them and run them to a rocker switch. Also I’m looking into getting the plug and play turn signal/horn kit from xtcpowerproducts.

A lot of the heavy mud guys are using Brass pads and having success keeping brakes on them. I know your pain. I got really good at replacing pads when I owned a Can Am. Beware though, your braking power will be slightly diminished.

Buddy of mine has this gun rack that mounts to the floor. It is out of the way and very sturdy. Highly recommend.
