Need a new AR, but haven't really been in the AR game for a long time. Don't really want to build one. What's the best bang for the buck on a base rifle with no accessories for $1000?

Bear Creek Arsenal has great complete uppers for under $300 and you can get a lower just about anywhere for a couple hundred bucks. Things are back in stock at many places on line.
