My blood work showed low D for the first time back in Feb. (I'm 53 and spend a lot of time outdoors in the sun.) Doc has me taking 4000IU per day in the form of two 2000IU tablets. He also talked about it's strong benefits to healthy lung function in relation to covid.

5000iu per day along with 250 C and zinc. Vitamin D levels perfect per doc on blood work.

2,000 IU/per day here too. Deficiency started about age 47. I work outside 4-5 days per week as well. Levels not related or affected with more.

            Vit A every other day.

Not taking Zinc. Eat eggs, beef, and fish almost everyday. Levels should be high for most unless you are a vegan or vegetarian.

I have been taking vitamin d for about 5 years now. I work outside most everyday in the sun but I was still deficient.
