Oklahoma has probably the best run of QB’s in CFB history as they get a commitment from 5 star Malachi Nelson. Boomer!

Sure they can only sign 25 and remain under the 85 … BUT, most think that the best players will go to the most money opportunities and the little guys will pick up the scraps to sign to their 25. We’ve seen what Alabama can do with the best winning percentage and coach, wait until the big money guys step in for their schools and get creative.
The big programs still have all the money.

The program having the money has nothing to do with it. I’m pretty sure they can’t pay their players still. The outside revenue streams paying for their likeness and motivated alumni wanting championships creating opportunities to make money for their 4 and 5 star players is where the draw will come from. The scholarship limitations won’t help that. Teams like Oregon with Nike will pile in the 4-5 stars to fill up those 85 strictly based on opportunities.
