    Flagging FB posts?

Just reading this morning that the current administration coupled with FB are flagging facebook posts of “mis-information”. Any green screen lawyers know if this is legal/constitutional? Nothing political about this, purely tyrannical if proven to be true. I guess anyone who doesn’t agree with or spread their lies is having the rights compromised.

I can say that they have been flagging my posts for a long time and actually would send me messages how I can no longer forward pictures or videos because of content. It was stuff others put up there, I just forwarded. Same on youtube, my trapping vids were deemed violent and removed and 2 strikes against me. Now I just got booted off of the Nextdoor app because people were pushing their gay agenda and teaching it to children. I quote scripture and I get my account deleted, yet the pedophiles are welcomed with open arms. It's a backwards world and that is a sign.
I forwarded a Christian conference ad to my wife on FB the other day, she said it came up and as she was reading it, it disappeared and a popup said this was only meant for a small group and she couldn't see it any longer. Hopefully Trumps and others lawsuits will gain steem.

I have a separate small FB political page that I post to occasionally. I haven't posted to it in several months and was surprised when I got notice the page got suspended for 30 days because of a meme I posted.......OVER 2 YEARS AGO!!!

They really had to look hard for something to suspend me over!!!

It said: "Pork Fact #76 - People who eat bacon are less likely to blow themselves up."

Myself and some friends get fact checked a fair amount of times lately. Also have some posts that I make, make it onto my home page but not to the page everyone else sees. Have also seen some of my posts that are there one day then gone the next. With no explaination.

I was permanently banned for posting a photo of a car’s window sticker. It was a picture of a car running over protesting stick figures and said that “All lives splatter “.

Until our legislature creates new laws governing entities like FB and Twitter, etc. these are all private companies and NOT utilities so they can pretty much create any rules they wish, kick of or welcome anyone they want for any reason (almost). If you create an account, you have no choice but to accept THEIR terms of service... Your only recourse is to either not use their service or grin n bear it (or take it up the....).
Even here on the Green Screen, we have rules that we all must follow (or we're supposed to)... Break the rules, suffer the consequences... No different...

What’s the attraction to Facebook ? I’ve heard the “keeping up with my family, friends, etc.” To me that’s a pizz poor excuse. I keep up with mine through visits, phone calls, text messages, and an occasional email. I don’t need to support a socialist organization to do that, at least one that can censor me. No need to point out that many email providers, phone companies, etc. are socialists also, not much I can do about that. I can, however, not be on facebook, twitter, instagram, and all that other blatantly socialist crap, and my email provider is Reagan, and has been since I first heard about it on Rush’s radio show.

Expect it to get worse. Surgeon General presser yesterday called "misinformation" on social media about covid a national emergency and threat to our country. Laying groundwork.

Just watched a clip on the news. The way I see it, when the current administration is working with FB to censor posts of “misinformation “ on Covid, then the line has been crossed on your 1st amendment rights.
First, it will be about Covid. Next thing you know, it will be something else the administration doesn’t agree with. I don’t do FB, but this needs to be nipped in the bud.

I know for near certain that the algorithm squished one of my posts yesterday. "They" have been censoring since the beginning.

Agree, you either tolerate it, or don't use the service.

The problem I see is 2 fold - one, who deems it is "misinformation" and what happens when it is later discovered to be true? And second - where does it end? Today's misinformation will morph into political and educational censorship.

We are pst the “what happens when” state….
Facebook is already flagging actual fact and direct links to medical research as “misinformation”
There are even instances of them removing posts linking to government websites and labeling the removal “misinformation” (specifically the VAERS website, which shows vaccine harm reports).

Im guessing FB is nothing but an echo chamber at this point. I left them long ago over their stupid ****.
