A snake that size will dang sure make you hurt yourself. I killed one two years ago that went 6’4” and was about that thick.

He's still out fillin' feeders. He's gonna put a tape measure on him when he gets back to camp, but is sure he'll make 7 foot. We had a live one that was 7-2" in our camp on our lease south of Del Rio. He was in a glass cage and could eat a grown jack rabbit. This snake looks bigger than the snake we had in our camp... I'll post up when he sends me the measurement.
