We sous vide one about two weeks ago that was amazing. Left it in the bath for almost 24 hours, sliced it into steaks and threw them on a fire for a little color. Also did one with the oven method, might be a tie on how great they are. Also picked up two at Kroger's today to replenish my stock.

Last year a 5.5lb'er fed 3 men, 2 women, and 2 kids, my brother and my dad and I were fighting over the fatty pieces the girls were throwing away
Can't remember if I posted it last year but for those that don't like medium rare once you slice it you can throw it in the skillet with all the drippings and brown it a little more.

Tried one deep fried a few weeks ago.
Plugged it with a half dozen cloves of garlic and did a basic black pepper/salt rub.
Fried the ribs seperatly
It was frigging awesome.
Took it out a little late so not as rare as I normally like it.
Will fry one again.
