Shoalwater 23 Cat with 300 G2. Love it. Runs skinny and takes chop very well.

I need to ride in one of those. Or maybe not, I like my current boat but theres always room for improvement

They will run a lot shallower that they advertise. I have run in long stretches 3" or less deep more than once. White knuckle stuff. I have shut it down a couple times in unfamiliar water where the boat sat on the bottom ( not floating in soft bottom) & was able to get up-no problem. I think little to no bow rise & that huge tunnel is the recipe.
Hard bottom I like at least 14".
We have had it 30 miles offshore also. This boat is the closest do all boat that is being built today IMHO.
