Does anyone use them? Do they change the spine of your arrow?

I have used them in the past, and they did not change anything enough for me to be able to tell any difference.

I used them.
If your not careful they will knock your nock out upon impact which will imped penetration.
I’d rather go to a stiffer/heavier arrow and add the weight up front if that’s your goal.

Heavier brass inserts may bo an option to consider.
