Grind it down, tape the underside where the holes are and pour in epoxy or lay fiberglass matt over the topside.

Looks like it wouldn't be too hard to disassemble and replace with new metal flashing.

Seems like this would be good solution. However, I would probably recommend to put a coating in them after you did it to avoid this happening again.

I would use valley tin (flashing), and sheet metal screws. Drill a few holes in the low spots so water doesn't puddle in it.

Being that I have everything I need including the skills, I would cut out and replace with new, weld it all up, then coat with something that it won’t eat up the metal again.
But that’s just me!!!
