Best Processors in Mason, Menard, Brady, Junction or Llano?

DeVine in Menard, slot of the guys on our lease use them and have been pleased.

I do all my own. I’ve heard great things about Miillers in llano. I’ve never bought anything at Miillers that wasn’t great.

Millers does a good job but is expensive. The ex used one in Mason and had dried sausage made. It is really really good. I will find out the name

I hear a lot of good things about these guys. They were busy as all get out this weekend. Every time I drove by there were people dropping meat off or having animals skinned.

Cherry Spring Smokehouse makes great dried sausage. I took 3 does to his about 2 weeks ago. All sausage except backstraps and tenderloins.
It's in the country between Mason & Fredericksburg, near Cherry Spring. They're on Facebook.

I’ve used Millers in Llano. There Jap Cheese sausage is some of the best I’ve had. Lots of cheese and good spice in those links.

Following as well. I will try Millers in Llano this year since (as mentioned above) everything from them is great. I don't mind paying extra as long as it is worth it.

Shannon’s in Cherokee is where we take ours when we don’t have time to do it our selves. Really good stuff and he guarantees you get your meat back.
