    Which pistol to buy?

So, I have some money burning a hole in my pocket and was seeing what the green screen thinks. I want to buy a new pistol that I dont have and the 2 choices are below. Which one would you buy and why? I can't buy them both. Have to choose one.

    1.) Stainless Ruger SR 1911 10mm

    2.) Desert Eagle Mark VII/XIX .50 AE

    And Go!

    10mm.

I've shot #2 and it's novelty at best.

      I agree 100%

The 50 is stupid. Nothing about it is fun or practical.

10mm for sure. My choice wouldn’t be a Ruger though.

              Ive never fired either but I'd pick 1 because I want a 10mm and I want a 1911... And...well that's all I got. Good luck!

10MM but get the long slide. The Remington R1 Hunter is pretty good... There aren't a lot of options in the 10MM 1911 long slide. I think the springfield TRP is the next up and it is almost twice the $.

No question about it for me. The 10mm. Great hunting round and not a bad shooter as well. I have a glock 10mm now and like it. At one time I had a Bren Ten with the original box and matching serial numbers on box and gun. Should have never sold it.

I guess it depends on if you want the mystical properties of the 10 or the actual horsepower of the 50

                          10mm

Or: a BFR in 454 casull or 475 Linebaugh

I have been wanting another 10mm so of the two that's my vote. But if you don't have one I'd like to write in a 4" 686.
