When I went to school many moons ago, the pledge of allegiance was the first thing we did when we hit the classroom.

Do they even do this anymore?

A big reason we have my daughter in the daycare she’s at is because they start class every morning with the pledge of allegiance and they pray before lunch. She called out my 12yo nephew last week for starting to eat dinner before everyone prayed. She’s almost 3 and can recite it and today when I picked her up was showing me their “big flag” in front of the school.
