      As a recently diagnosed diabetic, I will have to give some of these a try. I love crappie, but need to avoid fried foods.

        Make sure fish is dry dry dry this will keep it from falling apart. Touch of EVOO to keep from sticking S&P onion garlic, keep it simple. High heat grill to get some bad *** marks.squirt lime on top at the end of Cook. Place on top of spring mix with cilantro lime vinaigrette lil crumble cheese with some home grown tomatoes.
