      Chest and bicep day today. I wasn't really felling it, but did it any way. I'm glad I did. TUT supersets.

      Incline chest press on smith each setting to flat/preacher curl
      Seated wide grip chest press/BB curl
      Neutral grip bench press/Hammer curl bar

      Back and legs tomorrow.

        Got in a little late and didn't get to finish, but it's just as well. Sinuses are acting up and my head feels like its gonna explode. Back and leg supersets. Back work was 4 sets with rep ranges 25/20/15/10 and leg work was TUT for 15 reps. I needed one more back movement to finish but it was time to go to work.

        Bilateral lat pulldown/supersquat/incline situp
        Wide grip row/leg extension/incline leg raise
        Neutral grip row/leg press on sled

        Probably chest and biceps tomorrow.

          Cable fly/skull crusher
          Neutral grip seated chest press/cable pushdown pronated grip
          Cable pushdown supinated grip

          Off the rest of the week. Headed to the deer lease tomorrow after work.

                Keep on chuggin away! I say the same thing about my nutrition every single day. I can't eat baked chicken and broccoli every day. I need some rib stickin' food!

                        Well, this hasn't been any fun for sure, but I've had fewer symptoms than most I guess. I've got a headache that won't go away, congestion and just plain weak. I did ok for the first two days, but after that it sucked balls. I'm feeling better today though. I hope to get retested Tuesday or Wednesday and go back to work Thursday before hitting the lease the following weekend.

                          First day back...

                          after Covid and I tried to take it easy so I'm not so sore for the next week. I figured out it may take awhile for me to get my energy level and my lung capacity back. Still got it done though. Chest and back supersets


                          Incline smith all the way to flat bench/10 reps each setting
                          Bilateral lat pull down
                          Incline smith all the way to flat/reps each setting
                          T-bar row
                          Incline smith all the way to flat bench
                          Neutral grip row
                          Incline situps after each set

                                Thanks gentlemen! The worst part was losing my taste and smell at Thanksgiving! I couldn't taste any of that awesome food!
