Got in a little late and didn't get to finish, but it's just as well. Sinuses are acting up and my head feels like its gonna explode. Back and leg supersets. Back work was 4 sets with rep ranges 25/20/15/10 and leg work was TUT for 15 reps. I needed one more back movement to finish but it was time to go to work.
Bilateral lat pulldown/supersquat/incline situp
Wide grip row/leg extension/incline leg raise
Neutral grip row/leg press on sled
Probably chest and biceps tomorrow.

Chest and triceps today. TUT supersets.
Seated wide grip chest press/overhead rope extension/incline situp
Incline chest press on smith every setting to flat/body weight dips
Cable fly/skull crusher
Neutral grip seated chest press/cable pushdown pronated grip
Cable pushdown supinated grip
Off the rest of the week. Headed to the deer lease tomorrow after work.

First day back...
after Covid and I tried to take it easy so I'm not so sore for the next week. I figured out it may take awhile for me to get my energy level and my lung capacity back. Still got it done though. Chest and back supersets
