One of the rangers is reported to have said: "BG has never been hunted before and is "infested" with Nilgai." All I can say is that I've seen the aftermath of Nilgai-vehicle unplanned meetings on the road alongside the unit between Port Isabel and Brownsville and it is not a happy scene for either participant. I guess they are trying to reduce the frequency of such incidents.
