3 Point Hunting -lease

Does anybody have any experience with "3 Point Hunting" deer lease close to Pineland? I have been considering this deer lease for me and my boys. Thanks,

Never hunted it but looked at it last year. Wasn't what I was looking for. Like most other East Tx leases that are owned by timber companies, lots of clear cut and unhuntable acreage. With the number of members on the lease and amount of actual huntable land, figured be stacked pretty close together. I may be wrong though. Just have to look at it and see if it's what you want
