I throw in onions, jalapenos, garlic, and the kitchen sink.

Well, I just finished dinner and my meatloaf was really good. I used fresh bell peppers, onions, Ragin Blaze, ketchup, one egg, bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon of the Lipton beefy onion soup. It was soooo good! This cajun meatloaf was brought to life with Ragin Blaze!

Thanks Blake...yummy today and even better tomorrow.

We made a version of this last night - venison is great for meatloaf. I like to make a sauce to pour over it. I sautee chopped mushrooms then add 2-3 spoonfulls of apricot preserves, garlic and Worchestershire sauce - stir and simmer till it thickens. Good stuff.
