Wild Boar Carnitas

So do you mean wild hog or an actual boar? I don't think I could stand the stench of a boar cooking in my kitchen, although the sows or bars are my absolute favorite meat. Just wondering, as I know of some people that eat boars, but i can't bring myself to do it.

if you put enough seasoning on it and cook it long enough it is edible
