Anything over 30 second per side should be illegal.

Don’t over think seasoning either. Find a good blacken seasoning and sprinkle it on. Then grill high heat.

If pan searing, 8 like to add a sprinkle of sesame seeds to give it a little toasty flavor.

Grill wasn't "SUPER HOT". Fish was still med-rare in center. I'd actually rather had it a bit "doner", lol.
