No, they didn't. That's now how it works. You can't give what you don't have. If landowner gave exclusive permission to LowFence to hunt, then LO can't give that permission again to someone else. I can give you the keys to this truck and let you borrow it for the weekend for a trip, but if I already sold it to someone else 10 minutes before, you're shiit out of luck.

But the landowner didnt give anyone exclusive permission. He gave several different people permission. One of which got real dramatic and made a TBH thread about it.
