Left it incomplete so they could easily get in and out

Tied the throat open so they could get in and out since I don't plan on checking it until next weekend (will untie the throat next Friday evening)

21 T-posts, 6 full cattle panels and 2 half panels for the guide wing. Had that all laying around here

Hopefully next weekend I will be adding to the swine body count thread

looks good. You were smart to add more t-posts. The piglets will squeeze through those squares, but you might not be worried about them. Make sure the seems are overlapped! Tuned in for updates

Good luck! I'm curious to see if it works. Seems like the bigger ones would crawl out? May have to try one if its works for you.

I think the real small ones might get out or even in but I will be checking with shotgun to clean up on the ones on the out side

Bigger ones may climb out, have to wait and see I guess

I overlapped a full square on the ends, tied panels to T=posts at bottom and about halfway up and drove a post about every 4.5' around the perimeter

Deer should be able to jump out

Hopefully pigs are comfortable with going in by the weekend

Good luck, but when I walk, drive up to mine like that, they like to climb out....
                Shoot quick!

Here is my current setup. I want to say the horse panels I use are 5'. I've had a few try to climb out unsuccessfully, but I do put a slight angle in with the t-posts. Looking forward to when my boys are old enough to help out.

Curious, how does this one trigger

Excellent setup. Mine wasn't quite that big and no throat but did have a feeder. Left it tied open about a week after adding the trap where the feeder was established, when I set the trap, the next day I had 13 in there. Get em and good luck.

We use the same one at my buddies farm. We have 2 traps and move the gate and camera between them.

You trigger it with a text to the camera which sends a signal to the gate.

No reason that won't work. I have one and it works. Only thing to avoid is getting your scent on it when baiting and setting. I have mine set up so I can bait and set the trip wire from the opposite side of the funnel.
