      Not long @ 700° .

          Wanted a Big Joe but could only find a Classic at the time. Still cooks the best steaks I’ve ever had.

          Actually slow smoking a pork roast on it right now, going to end up as carnitas at a gathering tomorrow for some kind of game or something.

                              Not much. I put a charcoal chimney worth and a split 12” oak log and hit 500° without even meaning to this evening. Made some dang good chicken drumsticks
