Seriously one of the best things I have done is go to Mann Eye for LASIK. Anyone of you that are thinking about it...Just Do It! You will wonder why you waited so long. (hint, hint Mr. Middleton!)

I've been considering it for years. Just never pulled the trigger, to really even look into it.
I'm 60 yrs old and wear contacts for distance; cheaters for reading (only needed when wearing my contacts). Would Lasik enable me to get rid of the contacts, and maintain my ability to read without cheaters? Also, interested in pricing , and how y'all work with insurance?

Had it done this past July and really glad I did. I do need readers now but not needing glasses or contacts is worth it!

What is your opinion on monovision and bow hunting? The owner of a different bow hunting website was told by an eye clinic that monovision isn't recommended for bow hunters because it affects depth perception.

I can see far, but I can't see close. Does Lasik correct that?
Also, is it true that after 40 you shouldn't do Lasik?
