Hog hunted and (released turkey's there ), not sure where you hunting, but area in back from campsite by the lake has plenty acorns and deer. Good luck

Gus is about the easiest place I found to find scraps.

A rub on a large tree I found a couple of weeks ago while I was squirrel hunting at Gus. It had a scrape beside the same tree

Man i saw a lot of nice deer out there but all i heard was 1 hunter shot a buck late one evening that they never were able to recover, and then Saturday evening apparently someone shot a nice buck but never got a picture or found out the ending. A lot of deer are on that borderline of the 15" rule in my unit i hunted, but next year will be some freakin studs.

I saw a 3.5 yr old 8 point on Wednesday morning. Saw 8 does Thursday and Friday. Nothing in my comfort range. I limit myself to 30 yrds. Buck was at 35 then 45. Had a great interaction with him for about 10 mins.

I never heard of any deer shot, but I bet Friday afternoon and Saturday were amazing hunts. I had to leave Friday after morning hunt.
