Absolute garbage. Teachers are baited into these situations, and then painted as horrible people AND repeatedly blamed for everything that some moron doesn't accomplish because he lacks the very simple desire to achieve. The district's actions against this kid are the reason that good teachers leave the profession. Prayers up for this lady. I know the frustrations. Been there.

I think that if you come to the US and Reap the benifits this country provides then you should follow the rules and laws That every other citizen has to abide by, and be ready also be ready to defend this country as other citizens do. If not then they need to stay home. The problem with a lot of people is they are taught that our government will provide for them so they don't care. Just my observation for what it's worth. I think I stand behind her actions... Had the student said no habla ingles or something of the sort then i may have a different opinion... Saying I'm Mexican over and over serves no purpose... Probably on obvious fact...
