Not sure if this is the correct forum or not.... anyone had any luck finding ammo? Or have some for sale in the DFW area? I am looking for .308 and 22-250. I haven’t been able to find any of either of those.

I've had more luck from the store of TBH over brick and mortar. I've made two orders at Bass Pro from Ammo Seek and then cancelled after a few days. Made an order for 9mm a couple nights ago and for 6.5 from a Google search. It showed they were in stock before I ordered, but I'll believe it when it arrives.

I ordered some 6.5 online that said it was in stock, but like you said.... I’m not holding my breath.
I have never kept a big stock on ammo before, normally just have a couple boxes at a time. That plan will now change once the ammo market gets back to normal..... if it does.
I would reload the ammo needed, but finding primers is just as hard as finding ammo.

In times of panic and shortage cheaper than dirt has always been the first to hike prices to the extreme. At the first smell of a shortage this year their prices for 1000 223, went up to $1k. During sandy hook they were selling mags for $100+ they’re priced get raised the highest and the earliest. They’re dirt bags

Cabela's has .308 right now that you can buy online and have shipped to your house for free if you spend more than $50...in stock too. But you can use www.ammoseek.com or www.ammobuy.com and find plenty.

I also think I recall that our AG sued them for price gouging during an emergency and they had to pay a pretty hefty fine or at least a fine was levied... maybe they appealed it and it is still on-going...
I'd NEVER spend a dollar at CTD... They had to close their stores here in Texas after that big flare up several years ago... Folks stopped shopping at their stores...
