I'm about to head out to the ranch. Going to kill a pig or two.

Planning on it. Chasing quail tomorrow and then braving -20 wind chills to get after coyotes & pigs. But close to home so I can get back if the snow gets too heavy

Probably do a night stalk. I haven't checked cameras or sat in a blind in a while so don't know when they're coming out.

When you shoot them are you going to be lazy and gut shoot them or be ethical and put in a little effort and make use of the meat for someone?

I can relate to this. Priority for the off season is to get a windshield! Hunting in low 20F weather will make you a believer.
