No but individual counties and such are still closing. I read an article about Galveston area, they wanted to close beaches and ramps only to nonresidents but couldn't legally do it so they closed them altogether to keep people from coming in from out of town.

Same info I'm getting. Some say closed others say it's open.

Just go launch there. I’ve heard conflicting Reports, some say closed, some say open. Worst case scenario is $200 fine. Lol
