Anybody but me, notice...…….
Every person, in these pics.... Know how to crease a cowboy hat...…
No flat billed cowboy hats...…
No flat billed ball caps..... And not one of'em backwards...…….
Even the fedora, looked right at home...….
Awesome.………….
I'll bet, them three old boys, on the bench, were wearing boots, in the
first pic...… Look what their wearing, in the second.... Time, does catch
us all...…….
Here's one of my grandpa. Should have a few other ones of him at my mom's house. I'll dig around over there at some point and get them out and posted up.
I really need to scan these. My dad has albums full from hunts all over the country.
I know I wish I had his scout still. He had 2, the green pictured got drove to Wyoming twice, got stuck in what's the bottom of lack Conroe and drove my mom to Mexico. The grand sport would be ok also. My brother caught that one on fire on 45 south racing a buddy
The elk was the first one he ever killed in 1970. It was a pack hunt in Colorado where he met the owner of a ranch I've hunted several times. I have killed 2 deer with that Hawkins 54. The airboat he had built before I was born and where my screen name comes from.
I've lost count on the deer that ruger 1 has dropped.
My dad & Fred Bear on one of their many hunts together.
Thanks for posting, I bet you have more pictures like this. Your Dad was also a well known and highly respected archer in his time. All us GOFs remember him.
