Made this today with some Striper we caught in Arkansas a week ago.

ON POINT SIR!!!
I had so much fish that I also fried some . Put that sauce on some fried fish and it's bad to the bone as well...

I made this for supper, it was amazing. My wife and I both agreed this was easily the best fish dish we've ever had! I used a different fish and we served the fish and sauce on a bed of rice. You were right, I ate until I had to roll away from the table! Thank you Blake.

Fixed your recipe for redfish Pontchartrain. Ca c'est bon!!! Gonna b served on a regular basis here. Tried it with crawfish and was great. Sat down and was hurtin when i got through.Told the wife we would try it with shrimp next time. She said don't change a thing, just add it in. Told her we can did that.
