I was hoping you needed another lease!! You do it right on yours!!

I already have 2 leases and some family land so my hands are full right now unfortunately. Yes our place is under some pretty strict management but we also are able to kill a few 150s most years on low fence so with the right group of guys it's certainly possible (and yes we still have neighbors that shoot 3 year olds).

Brandon was my point of contact and the reason their group got the lease. It was communicated with him when they got the lease that if he ever decided to get off that I’d probably choose to find another group, unless I thought there was a good replacement already on the place.

Also, 3 of the members were family, and there was one single. In my opinion it’s better to find a new group of 4 than try to piece together another group.

Not sure if any of that makes sense to anyone else, but it does to me. Great question, and if I sucked at answering it let me know and I’ll try to be clearer.

I already have a lease but just wanted to comment that your post is the proper way to solicit new members. It was detailed and honest - you will have no problem leasing this place - but you are correct in taking your time to get the right group.
