Losing my Step Dad

My Step Dad, who has been 100% my Dad since I was 10 is giving up his long cancer battle. He had a stroke last Sunday and his body is just too weak from the cancer to fight back.

The night nurse called us at 2am and advised us to get to the hospital ASAP which Mom and I did. We have since made the decision to suspend supportive care and only provide comforting care.

Thoughts and prayers for his comfort would be appreciated.
