Errant Shot on Pig - Good Result!

I yanked a shot at a pig at CDLC on Saturday evening, but found a good blood trail when I went to look for my arrow. I had to crawl or push through some REALLY thick brush, but I found the pig about 40 yards in. Short video below...

It's only a bad shot if you don't find them!

Yes...and fortunately it wasn’t broken, other than the Nockturnal being bent up a little.

Good job on the recovery. Thanks for posting the not so perfect shots too. It happens to us all.

That spinal artery is a great place to hit on an errant shot. Ive spined more critters than I care to admit but theyve all died quickly and trail was short.

                        Great video as always Michael.

Good job....clearly it was a great shot! 40 yards and prize found.

Yep, I'm curious to see what kind of feedback I get from the YT "experts!" It happens.

The trail was short, but that might be the thickest brush on the ranch! LOL! And I was wearing Crocs!
