I see that a Palmer Classic is $695.00 I want to get something around 60 lbs to bring to Africa.

Has anyone bought one lately? How long did it take to get your bow?

I got all excited when I saw a 695 dollar palmer, but then saw that the classic only comes in 58" apparently.

I'm trying to find out if it is a double or single carbon. Single I bet.

When I ordered my extra limbs several months ago I was told he only makes single carbon limbs. It took a year to get my limbs so be really optimistic about 6 weeks.

I phoned and you can get a Classic in any limb length.

I shot a Palmer 3 piece longbow at a 3D shoot Saturday, man it was a sweet shooter and the grip fit my hand like a glove!

I like them too. He is not going to offer them any longer. I heard there are only about 5 left. In 40-50 lb range.

Got the bow. Mike kicked it out pretty quick for me. Mike lazered a map of Africa and the name ISILWANE UKUBULALA the riser. It means animal/beast killer in Swahili.

I got to shoot it a bit yesterday. I like it.
