A little background on our involvement with this ranch.

The current owner bought it in 1988, about when we moved to Wyoming.
Spouse worked with his ranch hand at WG&F facility in Sybille Canyon and through him got hunting access for whitetails along the creeks.
Over the next few years spouse helped with fencing and corral construction . This led to more access for cow elk hunting and helping with some out of state hunters that came in for mule deer.
Ranch hand moved on to his own place and the owner asked us to take over handling the access to his place and managing the wildlife.
We've been working for and with him for about 20+ years now.

The owner spends maybe 7-10 days a year on the place, he comes up to elk hunt and brings some family to hunt cows and deer on occasion. He lives in Colorado.
We have run of it for limited elk hunting and deer, we trap in the winter and feed the horses.
